UNET has worked with AG Projects since we installed the platform in August 2008. AG Projects has always performed up to and beyond our expectations with regards to platform stability and customer support. Succesfully supporting us during our SIP platform migration towards MSP, and in production. We have found the support to be quickly available and competent.

AG Projects has helped us prepare for the platform upgrade and performed a succesfull upgrade. The upgrade was completed with only minor, planned impact to our customers. The upgrade plan, suggested by AG Projects, allowed us to test all aspects of the new version thoroughly before committing to it. First on our staging platform, and as a final test, on our live platform during the upgrade.
