SIP client for Raspberry Pi

SIP SIMPLE client SDK can now be used for audio, chat, file transfer sessions on Raspberry Pi runing Debian 10.

Note: Echo cancellation is not compatible with arm architecture and must be disabled by using sip-settings utility.
