Euroweb deploys SIP Thor

Euroweb Romania upgraded its SIP voice network (Eurovoice) to a distributed, multiple-site architecture located in three cities, Bucharest, Timisoara and Iasi. By deploying this self-organizing architecture is now possible to increase the availability of the provided voice services, by eliminating downtimes related to communications' packet-loss or Internet connectivity failures. The voice traffic can now be automatically rerouted between any of the mentioned location, in a short notice and without major engineering works which were necessary prior to this upgrade.
